For details on prices and services, click here. We require a $100.00 deposit of all Initial Visits and a credit card on file for all scheduled follow up visits. You may cancel or reschedule 14 days prior to your scheduled visit for a full refund (minus card service fees). We will do our best to avoid the cancellation fees where possible if you reschedule your visit within 2-3 weeks of your previously planned visit.

Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted and payment is due at the time of service. There is a 3.5% +$0.30 service fee for each card transaction. To avoid card fees, checks and cash are also accepted and can be sent to secure your spot to us at:
